Many people have asked how I got into reading palms..was I a true blue clairvoyant? As skeptical as I was of my own ability I found that with just holding someone’s palm I could instantly feel a certain pain in my body or hear something in my ear.
In palmreading, there is no need to access special records or have a conversation with angels. All the information is right there in the palm of your hand.
To access the psychic within, most readers are in a meditative state. This relaxed state is achieved first by trusting yourself. It is a trust that you have the knowledge stored in your memory bank from this lifetime and wisdom from previous ones as well. With all this letting go, you must also be grounded. Yes, as confusing as this may seem you do not want to go floating off into the atmosphere and end up with a migraine.
The first step is to cleanse the room with incense
Decorate your table with your favourite tablecloth and crystals such as chunky amethyz rocks which promote intuition. If you feel you need to open up more emotionally during a reading use chunky Rose Quartz rocks.
Visualise a shield of white light covering the length of your body
Feel the warmth of your palms and sense the aura surrounding you are you scan you body from head to toe. Rubbing your palms together ask clearly for assistance from the universe, your guardian angel or a particular angel you feel connection with, such as Archangel Michael. Request that you receieve messages that the client needs to know about.
Sit down in a chair opposite your client and place both feet on the floor to feel grounded.
Reading their palms upside down or to the side resting on the table, ask the client if they are right handed, their age and if they have any specific questions. You may be able to pick up intuitively what the client seeks with the palmreading, however open communication is very important.
Tapping into the palm
Starting off with a basic reading gives you an idea of the personality while you scan the palm for any irregularities. The basics include looking at fingerprints, major lines and fingernails.
Irregularities to look for are a redness in the palm, a cut on the finger, damaged fingernails or maybe a freckle on a mount
Review the irregular area and any surrounding parts more closely for a minute or so and feel what stands out to you. Any symbols present can point to strengths and changes that affect this person.
Psychically you may pick up the clients pain in your own body
Certain parts of the palm relate to body organs and once you learn these you can match up with any senses you feel in your own body. Shivers down your back often are said to be angels present and look for square symbols around the palm for clues. A sudden chest pain would indicate you need to look closer at the heart line.
Take note of the minor lines as well that include the Allergy line, Apollo line, Communication lines and Girdle of Venus.
While scanning the palm you are in a slightly meditative state and you will automatically say what needs to be said. However, it is important that you able to confirm signs in the palm 3 times before jumping in too deep. The right palm is also the current life that we are dealing with – our reality and the way things are. The left palm will have more lines as it explains our inner self. Always compare the two palms and see what secrets you can uncover to reveal to your client.
If you are having trouble reading the palm
The client actually needs to give you permission to look into their palm as you are entering their personal space. If they have been forced into having a reading by their friend the reading is usually less than impressive mainly because there is no communication. Palmreading is all about communication – with the client and with the universe. Way to break down these blockages is ask the client for direct questions and to offer reassurance. Once communication is established you can start from there and relax more into the reading.
